Ella had been planning her wedding since she was young and had planned the event down to the smallest detail… until COVID-19 hit! Her wedding was rescheduled twice due to government restrictions and she finally decided that enough was enough. Rather than hosting the wedding she had imagined, she decided to change her plans completely and host a wonderfully rustic and boho outdoor wedding. Hosting an outdoor event meant that she could invite her original guest list and didn’t have to exclude friends or family due to restrictions. It also meant she could enjoy a night of dancing and singing without limitations. Finally, it meant that she could a delicious Hog Roast Huntly buffet from our wedding catering package!
For the main course, our team provided two delicious meat dishes: slow-roasted pork and sirloins of English beef. This was served with a variety of side dishes, including pasta salad, gourmet coleslaw, Caeser salad, and roasted baby new potatoes. All of these dishes were cooked and prepared on-site, to ensure optimal freshness and delicious flavour with every bite. Following on from the main course, we served the couples wedding cake to the guests, accompanied by fresh fruits, berries and English cream. This is a great wedding menu that is both cost-effective and incredibly delicious!
