Almost thirty years ago, Spitting Pig took Britain by storm with our fresh approach to hog roasting, which happily saw us transform this ancient and once-dated cooking method into something trendy, cool and theatrical that can be appreciated by people of all ages and backgrounds!
Today, we are proud to be known as the leaders in our field, and since reviving this culinary art form, we have expanded our service to include almost 40 franchises across the UK, with the aim of catering to as many private and corporate events as possible!
We are incredibly proud that our services have been experiencing a rapid increase in demand (especially since the pandemic), which means we are now eagerly looking for new recruits to take on our vacant franchises – particularly here in Scotland. Right now, we have only one franchise manager in Scotland, making the country an untapped resource for those interested in making their mark on the hospitality industry.
