Hog Roast Westhill Drove The John Clark Bodyshop Team Wild With A Classic Hog Roast!

Hog Roast Westhill loves helping out our corporate clients with their events, and a few weeks back, we had the pleasure of assisting John Clark Bodyshop’s Aberdeen branch with their small-scale function. As one of the city’s highest-regarded, manufacturer-approved repair centres, the staff are always busy assisting customers with their motor problems, so it was a nice change of pace for them to be able to relax and enjoy a mouth-watering hog roast lunch!

Hog Roast WesthillThe event, which had been planned by the Bodyshop Manager, David, called for our Classic Hog Roast Menu, which our catering manager, Steve, was more than happy to provide. Catering to 60 guests, our team opted to use one of our mid-sized pigs for the feast, which they prepped by creating even incisions on the skin and rubbing the meat with salt before leaving it to sizzle for a handful of hours in the HogMaster.

Like the vast majority of our customers, the John Clark Bodyshop staff were mesmerised by the entire cooking process and could barely peel their eyes away from the pig – especially when it began to take on that irresistible golden glow! The pork had also begun to fill the site with gorgeous aromas, which had everyone counting down the minutes until serving time.

Soon enough, Hog Roast Westhill began setting out the baskets of gluten-free rolls, dips, sauces and wooden bamboo crockery and cutlery, signalling that the food was ready to be served. Whilst the rest of the team grilled the vegetable and vegetable and halloumi skewers over low flames for the veggie and vegan guests, Steve did the honours of carving the crackling from the meat, which revealed the succulent pork inside that everyone had been waiting all morning to try.

In hardly any time at all, Hog Roast Westhill had served a plateful of the delicious grub to each of the guests, who quickly found a spot to sit down and enjoy their hard-earned treat. Packed with rich flavours and made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the food was everything the John Clark Bodyshop crew had wished for and more.
