A local café owner Martin is the latest happy client of Hog Roast Buckie who recently hired one of our impressive Hogmaster Glass machines and he couldn’t wait to get back in touch with us afterwards to tell us what a great day he had when he was using it! Luckily for Martin his business hasn’t been affected by the new 10pm curfew as he runs a traditional café that only opens 
during the day, and he is also fortunate enough to have outdoor seating, which he has been extremely grateful for over the past few months! Martin’s café is particularly popular for its Sunday lunches and he always does a different meat of the day every week. When it was time for pork to be on the menu again, the idea came into his mind about hiring a hog roast machine so he could cook outside. As Martin enjoys interacting with his customers, he has found that with the majority of them being seated outside he has not been able to do that as much lately, so the prospect of being able to cook outside without it affecting the quality of the food he provided was very appealing to him. When he contacted us and told us his requirements, the knowledgeable member of the Hog Roast Buckie team who he spoke to, immediately determined that our Hogmaster Glass would be the ideal piece of equipment for him to hire!
As Martin discovered, not only can the Hogmaster Glass produce perfectly cooked pork and the crispiest crackling ever without him having to slave over a hot stove all day, the cleverly designed lid of the machine, can also be transformed into a serving table, so Martin didn’t have to spend all day dashing back and forth into his kitchen! Being able to cook outside, Martin was able to chat to his customers as they enjoyed watching the meat being cooked and he also loved the added feature of the heatproof glass panel, which added a bit of theatre to the proceedings by allowing them to see the spit roasting process in action!
The Hog Roast Buckie team are really glad Martin and his diners had such a great experience with the Hogmaster Glass, and we were even more pleased when he told us he will definitely be hiring it again in future!
