Claire owns a local beauty studio and employs a great team of hairdressers, nail artists, and beauticians. She regularly does what she can to make sure that the team feel motivated and satisfied at work, and one way she does this is by providing a delicious meal for her team to enjoy while on the job. This March, Hog Roast Inverurie was contacted to provide catering for the event and Claire was interested in hiring our classic hog-roast menu. She thought that this would be great for an office lunch as it is simple yet has something for all of her team to enjoy. At Hog Roast Inverurie, we were looking forward to getting involved and catering for a great event!
On the day of the meal, the Hog Roast Inverurie team arrived at the studio in the morning and began to prepare our catering. We began with the hog and ensured that it had at least 5 hours to slow-roast to perfection. Once it was ready, the meat was expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the side dishes, we also served homemade chips and a selection of salad dishes. Overall, this created a delicious lunch for the team and was much tastier than their usual lunchtime options! Our menu went down a treat and was definitely a great way to keep the team motivated and on track.
