May bank holiday weekend serves as a well needed break every year. It gives us a taste of what summer has in store for us after a gruelling winter. Last year, we were hired for a private party thrown by Alice. Alice had decided to make the most of her three-day weekend with a garden party and decided to elevate it further by hiring us for her catering choice.
Our chef cooked and prepared all the goodness from our BBQ menu. Our gourmet BBQ menu is packed full of flavour and variety, ensuring there is something for everyone and no one goes home hungry. For the main dishes, the guests were spoiled with handmade British beef burgers, gourmet sausages, chicken kebabs and BBQ marinated spareribs. All served alongside a selection of bread rolls and wraps. To keep the vegetarians happy, grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers were served. And for any vegans attending, we made sure to put out grilled vegetable skewers.
