Hog Roast Fraserburgh High school leavers’ dances are a time for students to revel in their academic accomplishments, bid farewell to their classmates and create long-lasting memories, before taking their first big step into adulthood. And given their cultural significance, Hog Roast Fraserburgh is delighted to share that earlier this month, we had the utmost pleasure of catering for one of these events; and suffice it to say our presence helped to create an unforgettable evening for the guests!

Determined to give the teens a night to remember, our caterers spent all afternoon preparing a buffet that didn’t disappoint. From succulent BBQ pork butt and Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens, infused with our signature blend of herbs and spices, to our Texan-style 24-hour beef brisket and vegan BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls, Hog Roast Fraserburgh created a menu that was designed to delight everyone’s taste buds.

To complement the mouthwatering meats, we further provided an assortment of delectable accompaniments, comprising a choice of refreshing salads, Memphis-style crunchy coleslaw, mac and cheese and mixed fries. Guests also had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of freshly baked bread rolls, allowing them to create their own delicious sandwiches.

As the guests arrived and made their way to the buffet table, their eyes widened with delight at the sight of the beautifully presented spread. The Hog Roast Fraserburgh team had paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every dish was visually appealing and appetising.
