Ellen is the manager at an independent publishing house and part of her role includes hosting networking events for authors, journalists, and editors to attend. Networking is a key part of her role, so it is important that these events are a success. Ellen has planned an event to take place later this month, with Hog Roast Peterculter hired to cater for the occasion. We were chosen due to our excellent selection of canapés, which will be ideal for enjoying while mingling and chatting with new people. Following the canapés, we will be serving a delicious hog roast, which is always a success at large-scale events.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Peterculter team will arrive at the venue in the afternoon to prepare for the 6:00pm serving time. We will begin our catering by serving a selection of canapes as the guests arrive. This course will include mini fish and chips, mini pizza, roasted duck breast, and fresh salmon. The canapés will be great for setting a formal tone for the evening, as well as introducing the guests to our delicious catering.
Once everyone is settled, we will serve our main course, consisting of a slow-roasted hog. The succulent pork will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be providing homemade chips, vegetable and halloumi skewers, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes, to create a varied and delicious evening meal.
