This is followed by the main course of your choosing, with many to decide between. We can offer our famous Hog Roast Nairn slow-roasted pig, served with homemade stuffing, applesauce and crackling. Alternatively, we can provide chicken or lamb, as well as a vegetarian and vegan option if required. Your main course is served with your choice of sides and salad options, including mac and cheese, roast potatoes, new potatoes, and many more! This course is served buffet-style, to allow your guests to choose their main course and side dishes. All of our dishes are prepared on-site and we only use high-quality ingredients, so you can taste the difference in every bite.
Finally, we provide a selection of desserts served table-side, with options including fresh fruit salad, profiteroles and cheesecake. Each of our desserts are served with fresh berries and thick cream, presented beautifully.
