To achieve this, all food will be served onto the plate by the team and then placed at the end of the table for collection to adhere to social distancing. The team will be wearing a face mask throughout the event for prep, service and clean down while the guests will be asked to wear a face mask in approximately of the team as to follow the face mask rules. There will be a sanitising station before and after the serving tables so that the guests can clean their hands. The team will wear gloves.

Hopefully by the end of June Scotland will have reached level 0 where restrictions are of the past and events can go ahead with unlimited capacity but while being sensible maintaining social distancing.
