It feels like just yesterday Hog Roast Inverkeithny were kicking off the summer holidays with our juicy spit-roasts at end-of-term parties, and now, can you believe it? The ‘back to school’ bell is just around the corner! Time flies when you’re having fun, am I right?

To give her kids one last blast of excitement, our client Meg planned a fantastic family party as the ultimate way to round off the summer holidays. For her three lively kids—14-year-old Ainsley, 10-year-old Cameron, and 7-year-old Poppy—this bash was the perfect chance for them to run wild with their cousins and soak up the last bits of summer fun.
But let’s be honest, who really wants to cook for 40+ people by themselves? Certainly not Meg! So she reached out to us at Hog Roast Inverkeithny, and we were more than happy to step in.
We arrived at Meg’s house on Sunday morning, long before the party kicked off, and got to work turning her garden into a sizzling BBQ paradise.

Mixed sweet potato and regular fries completed the feast, with a selection of salts, vinegar, and sauces for everyone to customise their plates to their liking.
The party was a hit! Meg’s goal was to lift her kids’ spirits before the school bell rang, and judging by the smiles and laughter that filled the air, it was a mission accomplished. It was the perfect way to wrap up the summer holidays with a deliciously memorable event.
