Whether you select a traditional hog roast for us to make into pigs in buns or a meal together with potatoes, seasonal vegetables and all the trimmings, or a spit-roasted main instead, like chicken, beef, lamb or turkey, your carnivore guests will be mightily impressed, to say the least, but so will any guests who have dietary needs, as our Hog Roast Poolewe chef will whip up a suitable, tasty dish on the day. Vegetarians, vegans and those with a gluten intolerance or allergy can easily be catered for, and other diets too; just let us know your needs in advance and we’ll make it happen.

For a wedding anniversary that we catered on Friday evening, Hog Roast Poolewe was asked to cook one of our sumptuous hog roasts for a party of fifty. When our customer booked our services, she mentioned that her husband loves pigs in buns but is intolerant to gluten, and she was amazed to find out that our hog roasts are suitable, as long as we take along special bread rolls; everything else inside those bread rolls (hot, tender meat, crispy crackling and our homemade apple sauce and stuffing) are already suitable.

Once we had cooked up a feast for hours on Friday, everyone at the party devoured our pigs in buns with relish, including our customer’s husband.
