Hog Roast Banff is the only catering you need to make your event extra special!

Hog Roast Banff are always thrilled to be hired to cater events. The team’s latest event was a wet and windy wedding, but Clients Lola and Patrick didn’t let the weather dampen their spirits.

Hog Roast BanffThe clients contacted the team as soon as they had booked the local pub for their wedding reception. These two love birds knew exactly what they wanted and the Hog Roast Banff team were more than happy to deliver exactly the service and food that the clients wanted.

Chef Ross arrived at the warm pub venue several hours before the 6pm serving time. He was given a generous work space under a shelter to set up the cooking equipment and lights. He immediately got straight to work on the buffet, every dish was put together by his experienced hand. The tasty meat dish was scored and sizzled under his gaze and all the foods were chopped and prepared, ready for the serving time.

When the beautifully dressed happy couple led their clients to the serving table at 6pm everything was ready. There was a delicious slow spit roasted turkey that was served with homemade stuffing and fresh cranberries. As well as this there was platters of tasty halloumi and vegetable skewers, plain grilled vegetable skewers and BBQ Pulled jackfruit. That wasn’t all though! There was also Chefs choice of 3 fresh prepared salads and a mountain of warm new potatoes in an herb butter. Finishing off the buffet was a basket of soft gluten free rolls and a selection of sauces and dips.

There were big smiles all round as the 20 guests and the happy couple clients tucked into the buffet. Once the buffet had been enjoyed by everyone Chef Ross quietly tidied away. All rubbish generated from the catering was gathered and later disposed of by the Hog Roast Banff team in a safe manner, leaving Clients Lola and Patrick able to enjoy their special day without worrying.

The Clients sent their thanks to the team and Chef Ross, weather aside it had been an absolutely perfect day!
