We are sometimes asked to cater in different towns or counties and sometimes even different countries (it’s not unheard of for one of our English franchises to cover for one in Wales, and vice versa, for example). Whatever kind of special occasion you’re organising, our dedicated chefs and catering assistants always work hard to serve what you have in mind, each and every time, and that’s lovely food that everyone invited can enjoy.
We really do want everyone to be able to eat and love our food, so regardless of personal tastes, special diets or appetite, Hog Roast Macduff always has so much choice and variety on offer in order to satisfy everyone. You may want different meat served (either instead of a hog roast or even as well as one) and we can barbecue or spit-roast whatever you fancy. Inviting vegetarians? We can whip up veggie skewers, burgers or mac and cheese, all of which we can make vegan if needed instead. Plus if there are any other guests with intolerances or allergies, we will make sure they have a suitable, tasty dish, made fresh on the day too.
Hog Roast Macduff has also always been keen to offer additional options too, as we know that some of our guests want more than just a main served. Whether you’re thinking of adding a side or two or, at the other of the scale, us creating a great feast of multiple courses including canapés and refreshments, starters, mains, sides and desserts, we’ve got you covered. We also offer special menus, such as our Loaded Fries and Southern Slow Roast, and for a birthday party that we catered on Friday, the latter wowed all of the guests.
With three main meat dishes of beef brisket, pork butt and sticky pork ribs, all marinated ahead of time and then slow-roasted on the day, as well as four sides of jacket potatoes, coleslaw, Greek salad and mac and cheese, our team impressed with great food and plenty of it too, and the feast we served was devoured in record time.
