You may want different meat served (either instead of a hog roast or even as well as one) and we can barbecue or spit-roast whatever you fancy. Inviting vegetarians? We can whip up veggie skewers, burgers or mac and cheese, all of which we can make vegan if needed instead. Plus if there are any other guests with intolerances or allergies, we will make sure they have a suitable, tasty dish, made fresh on the day too.

Whether you’re thinking of adding a side or two or, at the other of the scale, us creating a great feast of multiple courses including canapés and refreshments, starters, mains, sides and desserts, we’ve got you covered. We also offer special menus, such as our Loaded Fries and Southern Slow Roast, and for a birthday party that we catered on Friday, the latter wowed all of the guests.

With three main meat dishes of beef brisket, pork butt and sticky pork ribs, all marinated ahead of time and then slow-roasted on the day, as well as four sides of jacket potatoes, coleslaw, Greek salad and mac and cheese, our team impressed with great food and plenty of it too, and the feast we served was devoured in record time.
