That’s exactly what our recent customer Julie was doing at her garden party in the sunshine. She was surprised she had such a relaxing afternoon with our team in charge, giving her the opportunity to mingle with the guests, top up drinks and have a general catch up.
Julie was using the Hog Roast Scourie team for the first time but had attended her friend’s wedding that we catered for last year, she knew she needed an excuse to have another hog roast roll from our expert chefs! The wedding meal was the talk of the town and many guests were overwhelmed, which is why Julie didn’t need to look anywhere else when we she needed a caterer for her summer garden party. Our chefs were busy preparing the succulent pork with all the trimmings, new potatoes and a selection of salads while the guests began to arrive. Julie had a makeshift bar in the garden too that her husband took charge of, trying his hand at different cocktail recipes.
Before we knew it we were fully ready and Julie’s guests were getting hungry, ready to fill their bellies with our famous pork rolls that Julie had not stopped talking about all afternoon. She was first in line for a jam packed tasty roll followed by all her guests. The aroma filled the garden and the neighbours were coming out to have a look too! So many guests came back for seconds because they wanted to find room to enjoy a little bit more of our famous flavours. The feedback from all of the guests was fantastic to hear, everyone enjoyed the food and Julie especially was delighted with the food and the service from the Hog Roast Scourie team!
